Step 2: DESIGNING IDENTITY
In this part we will use everything we’ve learned from the previous step and integrate it in visual context.

Step 3: DESIGNING TOUCHPOINTS
The human mind is wired to process images 60 000 times faster than any text. Familiar with visual communication? Every business have one, yet most don’t use it correctly, resulting in mixed messages.
Every design communicates who you are even before verbal introduction. It’s a very powerful tool if used in alignment.
